Returns and Exchange
We are sure that our products will meet expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods so that we can work out a resolution.
Please choose carefully as there are no returns for change of mind, only the option to exchange.
We warrant our products under the statutory rights set out in the Trade Practices Act (1974).
We do not offer a refund or exchange for any product that has been used, damaged, dropped or broken after delivery, or if an attempt has been made to alter the product.
When properly cared for our products will last many years. Please ensure you dust with a dry microfibre cloth and spot clean only. Do not spray with water or cleaning agents. Protect your items from fading by avoiding repeated exposure to direct sunlight. Do not expose your items to high humidity, temperatures or grease by situating them in a steamy bathroom or near a kitchen cooktop.
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty, contact us straight away and we will assess the situation and organise replacement or repair.
Please ensure you adhere to our care guidelines to avoid mistakenly damaging the product.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged you must send a photograph of the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to info@bowerbirdcollections.com within 24 hours of receiving the item for us to assess the situation, and organise replacement or repair. In order to lodge the necessary insurance claim you must keep the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging until the insurance claim has been finalised. You may be required to take the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to your nearest Australia Post Office for verification.
