We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders over $150 on our entire range of bespoke homewares and accessories excluding original oil paintings. All orders under $150 in Australia incur a flat rate delivery fee of $10

Each order is securely packed by us and sent with our most trusted couriers. For peace of mind we’ve added insurance to every order.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Contact us to arrange an international shipping quote before placing an order.

Please be aware that the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties in the relevant countries.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged you must send a photograph of the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to info@bowerbirdcollections.com within 24 hours of receiving the item for us to assess the situation, and organise replacement or repair.  In order to lodge the necessary insurance claim you must keep the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging until the insurance claim has been finalised. You may be required to take the damaged goods AND the damaged packaging to your nearest Australia Post Office for verification.
